We arrive with everything prepared and ready to go, transforming your meeting room, breakout space or office into a fun, hands-on sushi-making workshop. All you need to provide is enough table space for your group and an area for our demonstration.
WE BRING EVERYTHING
Fresh ingredients, sushi rice, Japanese tableware, professional knives, aprons, condiments and takeaway boxes.
EVERYONE GETS INVOLVED
Each guest has their own equipment and makes a selection of sushi themselves, with friendly step-by-step instruction throughout.

Vegetarian and non-raw fish options are available, and the workshop can be adapted to suit your group and event.
What will your team make?
Everyone makes their own sushi, guided step-by-step throughout the workshop. A typical session includes five different styles, using fresh fish, vibrant vegetables and traditional Japanese ingredients.

Workshops typically last around 90 minutes, but we can tailor the format and timings to suit your event – from a shorter Lunch & Learn to a longer team experience.

Our workshops are designed to be inclusive, with vegetarian and non-raw fish options available. We can adapt the ingredients to suit different dietary requirements, so everyone can get involved and enjoy making and eating their sushi.
